Non-staining formula with excellent color stability: Stabilized with a non-discoloring antioxidant system, SBR 1502 supports light-colored and colored rubber formulations without blooming or yellowing. It produces bright-colored finished products with long-term appearance retention, making it irreplaceable for white tire sidewalls and light-colored industrial parts.

Excellent processability & blending compatibility: This emulsion SBR grade has stable Mooney viscosity and good plasticity, adapting to mainstream rubber processing techniques including mixing, calendering, extrusion and molding. It can be blended in any proportion with natural rubber, polybutadiene rubber and other elastomers to adjust formula performance according to production requirements.

Good heat & weather aging resistance: SBR 1502 shows better thermal aging resistance and ozone cracking resistance than natural rubber under normal service temperatures. It retains stable physical properties in outdoor and medium-temperature environments, meeting the durability requirements of general industrial rubber components.

Main Application Fields of Styrene Butadiene Rubber 1502

Tire manufacturing: SBR 1502 is the standard base rubber for tire sidewalls, carcass plies and tread compounds of passenger car tires, truck tires and bicycle tires. It improves tire abrasion resistance and road holding performance, and is the preferred material for white sidewall tire formulations due to its non-staining property.

Footwear industry: Widely used in shoe soles, heels and midsole components. Its excellent wear resistance, flex resistance and good coloring performance match the core demands of footwear production, and it can be formulated to produce various color and hardness grades of shoe sole materials.

Industrial rubber products: Applied in the production of rubber conveyor belts, transmission belts, hydraulic hoses, sealing gaskets, rubber rollers and molded rubber parts.
