High-performance racing and sports tires: Utilizing the extremely high tensile strength of aramid (1100 dtex/2 ≥ 340 N as shown in the table), it provides excellent high-speed stability. Under high torque, it effectively resists tire deformation caused by centrifugal force.
Heavy-duty and off-road engineering tires: Designed for underground water environments such as mine flooding and construction, aramid cord fabric provides excellent puncture resistance and impact resistance. Its high modulus ensures that the tire maintains structural integrity under heavy loads.
Aerospace rubber components: Due to the excellent heat resistance of aramid (dry heat shrinkage ≤ 0.5%), it is an ideal reinforcing material for manufacturing aircraft tires and aerospace rubber parts. It maintains dimensional stability even under extreme temperature fluctuations.
Industrial conveyor belts and timing belts: In addition to tires, the impregnation process (adhesion H test ≥ 125 N) ensures a perfect bond between the cord fabric and the rubber substrate. This significantly extends the service life of high-strength conveyor belts and reduces equipment downtime caused by axial movement.

How good is the heat resistance of aramid tire cord?
Aramid tire cord offers excellent heat resistance and can maintain stable performance under high-temperature conditions, making it an important reinforcement material for high-performance tires.

1.Strong long-term heat resistance: Aramid fibers can be used continuously at 160–180°C with a high retention of mechanical properties and minimal thermal aging.
2.Outstanding short-term high-temperature tolerance: Aramid tire cord can withstand short-term exposure to temperatures of around 300°C while maintaining structural integrity, without melting or dripping.
