2. Usage
1). It is used as a medium-speed accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is often used as an active agent for thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide accelerators. When it is used in combination with accelerators DM and TMTD, it can be used for continuous vulcanization. When the second accelerator of thiazole-based accelerators is used, the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber will decline, and appropriate anti-aging agents must be added. In chloroprene rubber, there are the functions of plasticizers and solubilizers.
2). It is used for manufacturing rubber sheets, shoe soles, industrial products, tires, hard rubber and thick-walled products.
3). The dosage of this product as the first accelerator is 1-2 parts. When used as the second accelerator for thiazole accelerators, the general dosage is 0.1-0.5 parts. Its derivative, chromium tyrosine, is an efficient rust inhibitor. It is also used as a plastic crosslinking agent, temperature-indicating material, additive for ore flotation, coating additive, polishing material additive, metal analysis reagent and additive for building materials.
