Uses: Promoter for natural and various synthetic rubbers, capable of producing flat and medium-speed vulcanization. It has a high vulcanization temperature, significant after-effect, no early vulcanization, safe operation, easy dispersion, and vulcanized rubber has good aging resistance. When used alone, the vulcanization rate is slow; it is usually used with thiazole, dithiocarbamate, aldehyde-amine, and guanidine promoters. It is an excellent anti-coking agent for G-type chloroprene rubber. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes, shoes, rubberized cloth, and other general industrial products. It can also act as a plasticizer or retarder in chloroprene rubber.
